HHBB Electric Chain Hoist

HHBB electric chain hoists, 0.3T-25T, hook-type/running type, feature a lightweight aluminum alloy shell, are compact yet sturdy, have high heat dissipation, and a fully sealed design suitable for harsh working environments. They utilize FEC80 high-strength heat-treated alloy steel chains with chain bags, reverse phase protection, and a bypass magnetic brake for instant braking. A 24V/36V device prevents leakage current.

1.Product Advantages

● Housing: Constructed with a lightweight aluminum alloy housing, it is both lightweight and sturdy, with high heat dissipation. Its fully sealed design makes it suitable for use in harsh working environments.
● Reverse Phase Protection Device: A special electrical device that prevents the control circuit from operating if the power supply wiring is incorrect.
● Limit Switches: Limit switches are installed for both lifting and lowering heavy objects, automatically stopping the motor to prevent the chain from overshooting and ensuring safety.
● 24V/36V Device: Prevents accidents in case of switch leakage during operation.
● Side Magnetic Brake Device: This device enables instantaneous braking when the power is cut off.
● Chain Bag: Lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and durable.
